Infinity Spas has redefined the manufacturing process using the same techniques that have made Toyota a global leader in the automotive industry. Our system allows for customization and quality check points for each spa including a complete water test for all units in inventory before shipment. The result is a hand crafted unit individually checked to make sure it meets the highest quality standard in the industry. The system also enables us to meet even the highest production needs to meet the demand of our customers.


Infinity Spas uses an Arctic Lock Thermal Reflective Blanket to create a thermal barrier between your hot tub and the outside air, and has an R-Value of 9.5. This allows our hot tubs to harness up to 1 kW of the heat generated by the pumps and use it to heat the water in the plumbing. And since the blanket is attached to our cabinet (rather than having a foam sprayed onto the plumbing), service is quicker and easier, resulting in a low cost of ownership during the life of your hot tub.



Our Arctic Lock Insulation system was tested using refrigerated trucks to simulate the ultimate cold weather against the highest quality foamed units (Full Foamed & Partial Foamed Units) to prove that it actually produces a higher R-factor than the traditional process.



Our cabinets are based from some of the latest technology, which combined the warmth and beauty of wood grain with the strength of a composite plastic. This gives you a hot tub cabinet that is insect & chemical resistant, environmentally friendly, and trouble free. No annual staining is needed for our cabinets, as their beauty will not rot, decay or fade. Additionally the design of the cabinet panels lends themselves as an added insulator to improve Infinity Spas performance.

This means that our deluxe, energy-efficient pumps offer more power, while offering quieter operation. And each tub has been designed by engineers to assure that the pump power is properly harnessed and balanced throughout the hot tub, ensuring that each jet is giving you the best hydrotherapy experience possible.
